Free Shipping with minimum order of $200. Credit card orders must ship complete to qualify for free shipping. Mechanisms and mounting sleeves do not qualify for free shipping. Oversized items will incur additional shipping fees. On orders that qualify for free shipping we reserve the right to select the shipper.
California SALES TAX ( 9.00%) WILL BE ADDED to all orders shipped to California.
Estimated Times of Arrival or ETA
We have a 100% fill rate on all active parts and accessories orders with our manufactures. We communicate updated eta information via email to all of our customers. Customers must cancel orders otherwise orders will ship when received.
If you have been approved for an "Open" account, our terms are NET 30 days with a 1% discount offered if paid within 10 days. We reserve the right to charge 1% per month on past due balances. Orders will not be shipped if account balance is past due. Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. All items will be invoiced at current pricing. Open account orders are shipped partial, unless otherwise specified. Orders can be shipped via USPS Mail, Priority Mail, UPS Ground, Second Day Air , Next Day Air , or DHL Express International. In addition, PacParts, Inc. can arrange for a "Credit Card" account number to be assigned for your convenience. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Orders placed on a credit card will ship complete, unless otherwise requested. All open term accounts that place an order for $200 or more will receive free shipping on complete and partial orders (excluding mechanisms and mounting sleeves).
For open term accounts, single orders over $200 are entitled to free shipping on backorders. We do not ship more than 2 times on a single order. Additional shipments are at our discretion and may be subject to additional shipping charges.
Promo codes applied to clearance items do not receive free shipping.
Orders by Description
PacParts, Inc. is a wholesale parts distributor and as such we are happy to provide to all of our customers FREE parts research at their discretion. However, due to the complex nature of many units, PacParts, Inc. cannot insure total accuracy, nor accept liability or responsibility for parts ordered via our research department and not ordered by given part number from the customer. Refer to "Returns & Stock Adjustments" for unwanted parts.
You can pick up all will call orders at our location Monday through Friday between 8 am and 4 pm. For all backordered items we will notify you of itï¿½s arrival to our warehouse or simply log into our webpage
to pull up information concerning your order status. All customers have 15 days to pick up all in stock orders. If your order is not picked up in that amount of time your order will be closed, item(s) will be returned to stock, and a 20% restocking fee will be applied.
Please contact us before returning your purchase to receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA Number). Returned orders WILL NOT be processed without a valid RMA Number. RMA Numbers are available for 15 days after the invoice date. New/Unused purchases can be returned at the purchaser's expense for a refund, minus the initial shipping charge on the purchase. Our Returns Department must receive your return within 14 days after you received your RMA Number. 20% Restocking stocking fee applies to all new and unused returns. Please see further examples below.
A replacement, one for one $ offsetting order is submitted at time of return
A copy of a subsequent PacParts, Inc. invoice showing that another part of equal or greater value has already been purchased
A Return Goods Authorization accompanies the merchandise stating otherwise.
A 20% restocking fee applies to all "special" orders from manufacturers that PacParts, Inc. does not normally carry. All returns are subject to final approval upon receipt. Manuals, CD's and electronic components are not returnable.

Return defective parts to PacParts, Inc. prepaid. The manufacturer does not warranty freight costs. We will exchange any defective part, if:
The part is within the manufacturer warranty period
A copy of the original PacParts, Inc. invoice is provided
Credit or Refunds will be issued if the replacement part is no longer available
Special requirements by the manufacturer are met
Note: A Return Goods Authorization is required and all returns are subject to final manufacturers approval.
What if you receive a damaged package?
First off we at PacParts Inc. pride ourselves in supplying you the electronic parts and accessories you desire. We don't like to hear that your items were damaged in transit but if they were here is what you should do.
Keep the box and any packing material used during shipping. Do not discard any material or change the box your item was shipped in.
Please remember do not return items to the manufacture. We supply parts for over 130 different manufactures so we understand it can get a little confusing. However, the manufactures we represent will not honor damaged claims. This must be done through PacParts Inc. your authorized electronic parts and accessories distributor.
Please note below the average time each carrier takes to process claims.
UPS, FedEx, and DHL claims can take anywhere from 10 to 30 days to complete
USPS claims can take anywhere from 15 to 180 days to complete
Cores must be returned within 10 business days from date of replacement invoice to PacParts. unless advised otherwise. Returned cores must be in repairable condition. Final approval for refund rests with the manufacturer.
The manufacturers guarantee all products, sold by PacParts, Inc., to be free from defects in materials and workmanship and to function properly when used according to professional normal standards and practices for a period of no less than 30 days from sale to the ultimate consumer. No liability will be accepted for any damage arising directly or indirectly from the use of parts or accessories we distribute. PacParts, Inc. liability is expressly limited to the replacement of the defective item.
Please note: The warranty period on all exchanged merchandise reverts back to the original purchase.
International Shipping Policy
We are here to meet all your international shipping needs. We ship anywhere in the world.
International Mail Are Non-Guaranteed Packages: Per postal regulations your international mail packages are non-guaranteed due to insufficient tracking. PacParts Inc. is not liable if a package does not arrive.
Returns & Replacements: We do not prepay shipping. Customer's will incur an additional shipping charge for all defective goods shipped in replacement.
PacParts Inc. is not liable for lost packages during shipment. If your package is delayed while in transit please use your tacking number and contact the shipping company.
Shipping Times: When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
Adding Items: Once an order has been placed you can only add parts for available in stock items.
Refused Package: If an order is refused or returned to us due to inaccurate or incorrect address information or because it was declined or undeliverable, PacParts Inc. reserves the right to retain the original shipping/handling fee and to charge the payment method originally used for costs we incur related to the return of the undeliverable packages or merchandise to us.
Duties & Taxes: Shipping charges does not include duties and taxes. Duties and taxes are determined by country of origin and are paid by the customer.
International Retail Orders: We do not guarantee requests that separate retail International orders will be combined at shipment.
Credit Card: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Bank regulations require that the billing address of the order match the billing address associated with your credit card. International orders are charged at the time the order is placed.
Fraud Protection Policy: For your protection orders are subject to PacParts Inc. verification procedure. You may be asked to verify that you are the card owner, or that the order information is legitimate. This may include a request for a copy of your credit card (front and back), which can be transmitted by fax or through a secure upload page which we will provide should this be necessary. Should your order require verification, you will be notified by phone or email. For this reason it is imperative that you provide us with both your current daytime and evening phone numbers, including country and city codes.
PacParts Inc. reserves the right to refuse an order when the address or credit card is not verifiable. If so, a refund will be issued via the same method you used to make your payment.
All cancellation must be sent in the form of an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please reference your PacParts Inc. order number in the email so we can properly identify your order.
Requests could take up to 72 hours to be processed depending on when the request was sent.
Please note: Cancelations must be received at least 24 hours before shipment is sent.
Any provision of any relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices, which is or becomes unenforceable in any jurisdiction, whether due to being void, invalidity, illegality, unlawfulness or for any reason whatever, shall, in such jurisdiction only and only to the extent that it is so unenforceable, be treated as void and the remaining provisions of any relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices shall remain in full force and effect.
Conflict of terms
If there is a conflict or contradiction between the provisions of these website terms and conditions and any other relevant terms and conditions, policies or notices, the other relevant terms and conditions, policies or notices which relate specifically to a particular section or module of the website shall prevail in respect of your use of the relevant section or module of the website.
Disclaimer of Liability
The Website Owner shall not be responsible for and disclaims all liability for any loss, liability, damage (whether direct, indirect or consequential), personal injury or expense of any nature whatsoever which may be suffered by you or any third party (including your company), as a result of or which may be attributable, directly or indirectly, to your access and use of the website, any information contained on the website, you or your company's personal information or material and information transmitted over our system. PacParts Inc. reserves the right at any time to change, modify, suspend, or discontinue this Agreement, any and all terms of service, and any other policies temporarily or permanently at our sole discretion and without notice. PacParts Inc. also reserves the right at any time to change, modify, suspend, or discontinue PacParts Inc. or any of our products or services at our sole discretion and without notice. You agree that PacParts Inc. shall not be liable to you or any third party for any cancellation, suspension, modification, or change to PacParts Inc., our products or services, or to this Agreement and other policies.
Refusal of Service
PacParts Inc.may refuse service under the following conditions:
Repeated violations of posted PacParts Inc. policies and procedures
Repeated account suspensions for nonpayment/late payment
Repeated late receipt of payments made by cashier's check/money order
Repeated unsubstantiated complaints against PacParts Inc.or its clients
Accounts not maintained in good standing
Refusal of service includes, but is not limited to: the denial of a sale, or the closing out of an account.
PacParts Inc.reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend service, at our sole discretion.
