Returns

All returns and exchanges must receive prior authorization, accompanied by our "RGA" form and must be returned within 15 days from date of invoice. Parts are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be in NEW and UNUSED condition. PacParts, Inc. reserves the right to refuse a returned part if, upon examination, it has been damaged in any way. An invoice, or copy of the invoice must accompany the return. New factory defective parts may be returned to PacParts, Inc., freight prepaid. (The manufacturer does not warranty freight costs.)

Manuals of all kind, CD's and electronic components are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Prices on back-ordered parts are subject to change without notice, although every effort to advise you will be made prior to shipping.

Warranty

The manufacturers guarantee all products, sold by PacParts, Inc., to be free from defects in materials and workmanship and to function properly when used according to professional normal standards and practices for a period of no less then 30 days from sale to the ultimate consumer. No liability will be accepted for any damage arising directly or indirectly from the use of parts or accessories we distribute. PacParts, Inc.'s liability is expressly limited to the replacement of the defective item.

Please note: The warranty period on all exchanged merchandise reverts back to the original purchase.
